  • Ensure that accounts receivable and billing policies and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Monitor AR aging report and follow up with a collection for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
  • Prepare AR-related schedules/reports.

  • Send and receive guests to/from airport, hotel, dinners and other venues when required.
  • Accompany and bring guests to places of interests within Singapore.

 A modeling specialist who works closely with our analysts and trading groups to develop in-house databases and forecast models that help businesses make trading and strategic decisions.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop python-coded supply-demand forecasting models.
  • Able to use machine learning to build price forecast models.
  • Convert excel-based forecasting models to python-based models.
  • Maintain and enhance existing models with changing market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the data feed for forecast models is collected and processed properly.
  • Document methodologies, algorithms, and processes to present to stakeholders regularly.                              

 

Requirements 

  • PhD in computer science/computer engineering, math, statistics, or similar subjects is preferred.
  • Extensive data modeling and data architecture skills.
  • Proficient in Python, R, or Java.
  • Energy sector knowledge or data research experience is a plus.

  • Maintain the cashflow book and handle the various payments for Singapore company and regional subsidiaries in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and etc. This involves retrieval and compilation of data from in-house treasury system, analysis of incoming and outgoing funds including various currency. Handle day to day treasury payment transactions such as inter-company fund transfer and familiarize with banking online platform such as IDEAL, S2B and etc.
  • Liaise with banks to settle internet banking related user and token related issues.
  • Collect cash flow forecast from various department and prepare consolidated report. Check and analyze on the cash flow variances and statistics analysis.  Follow up with respective stakeholders for the review on the variances.
  • Execute FX transactions such as spot, swap and forward and manage all the FX related regulatory or management report.
  • Familiar with banking rules and compliance rules and understand the basics of financial report.
  • Manage account opening and closure with onshore or offshore banks and subsequent account review and maintenance
  • Periodically review the procedure or workflow chart of jobs allocated
  • Other ad hoc assigned by team lead

Requirements

  • Degree in Banking, Finance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in treasury business line,
  • FX trading experience with banks or via platform is required
  • Cash management experience and oil and gas trading background are preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently and self-motivated

  • Prepare, plan and monitor maintenance and capital expenses and control expenses are within approved budget.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Oil Storage Terminal Infrastructure
  • Comfortable with working location in Pulau Sebarok via ferry transport.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee berthing and unberthing of vessels at jetties and ensure that vessels are properly secured to the jetties.
  • Oversee connection and disconnection of marine loading arms and ensure that the marine arms are properly connected before commencement of product transfer.
  • Perform vessel cargo tank ullaging, measure temperature and sampling and prepare ullage reports.
  • Conduct safety/operations meeting with vessel representative prior to the commencement of loading/discharge operation and monitor for leak and spillage during loading/discharge.
  • Perform shore storage tank ullaging, measure temperature, sampling, water draw-off and prepare gauge cards before and after vessel loading/discharge/ITT/pipeline transfer to and from VOPAK Sebarok.
  • Monitor pumps and equipment during loading/discharge for malfunctioning and leakage and ensure that pipeline is fully packed before and after loading/discharge.
  • Perform gas test/check for approval of Hot Work Permit, weekly testing of pumps & equipments (eg. fire pumps, foam pumps, remote control fire monitors and oil spill control equipment) and monthly inspection of fire boxes.
  • Lead mooring crew for monthly cleaning of transfer pump strainers and general housekeeping and monitor utility equipment (e.g. genset, street lightings, water pumps, mixers, and air compressor) for malfunctioning, drain rain water from tankfarm as and when necessary and topping up of PST day tanks on weekly basis and monitor oil level at TPF to ascertain the need to transfer oil to fuel oil storage tank.
  • Perform operational routine check twice per shift.
  • Perform daily, weekly, bi-monthly checks on tanks and equipments.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of shipping loading and discharge operations and jetty operations
  • Good quantitative skills
  • Working Location: Pulau Sebarok (nearest MRT – Pasir Panjang)

      • To review, assess & recommend the potential following options:
        • Using the retail POS solution and perform technology refresh on all hardware or
        • Planning for a switch to a total solution
      • Data storage:
        • To continue on-premises for all hardware or
        • Move to a cloud server or explore 24 hours Data Center or
        • Plan to engage a vendor to manage entire retail POS system inclusive of network equipment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT with Business
  • Matured individual with at least 5-8 years working experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing IT systems, preferably with some experience in POS system and the implementation of such a system into a live environment is a critical advantage.
  • Forward looking and willing to try new ideas to enhance the capabilities of the SPC Retail system
